We feel that all things Pro have lost their way—and not just a little. We're all trying to run salon businesses and grow our careers while facing a laundry list of somewhat debilitating challenges.

Product exclusivity, pricing wars, navigating social media, underperforming influencer education, profitability, and, to top it off, technology. What a hot mess.

We have a hunch that a better world awaits us and have developed several new concepts to get us there. But we need your collaboration.

If you're a salon owner, licensed hairstylist, cosmetologist, or barber, consider this your exclusive invitation to share your thoughts.

We'd like to open a dialogue (exclusive to us Pros) about the areas that challenge you most and hear your thoughts, ideas, and solutions.

I started in the hair world with my two older brothers at 14. Qualified from my four-year apprenticeship, traveled to Europe, and purchased the salon I once worked in upon my return to Oz. I opened a few others, one in Beijing, China. Won a shit ton of awards and others proud moments, but this can do for now. This is me, Cleve.

They don't get more Pro than Karen Anne. Among many skills, knowledge, and achievements, she's one of the few female founders on the planet who has started her own truly pro-color company. This real-world experience will be a driver to us all and this project.
