I thought I would have to walk this path on my own. But the day I had a conversation that lasted longer than the usual four-minute max, it was clear a shared value was among us. However, my connection to the cause is purely a hypothesis. Jacks brings a much deeper level of knowledge and experience as one of the rare women on the planet who has started her own truly pro D2C color company. Despite the opportunity for stylists and salon owners to offer their clients a unique set of products and services, and even as a stylist, Jacks has witnessed adaption and adoption challenges within stylists and salon owners.
